Ms. Alam's areas of expertise include administration of CFS' various Municipal Funding Programs including: the Bond Advancement Program Land Bank Program, Bridge Funding Program, CFS' Flexible Interest Rate Funding Program, and various other financing programs implemented for our school district clients. Her primary responsibilities include: coordinating the closing of these programs, developing and implementing project accounting/tracking processes and administrative support systems, preparing project payment schedules and prepayment analyses, coordinating and updating compliance systems, preparing periodic program status reports and fiscal year-end reports, Citizens' Oversight Committee Reports, and ongoing CBO cash flow reports and board updates.

Ms. Alam's extensive experience as a lead analyst for many of CFS' Municipal Funding Programs has enabled her to gain valuable insight into school districts' internal accounting systems and project tracking methods which were instrumental in the development of CFS InternetAccess. Ms. Alam continues to develop new tools and reports that are beneficial to our school district clients and end users. These new tools and reports are implemented through periodic updates and augmentations to CFS InternetAccess.

Ms. Alam serves as a lead contact for many of CFS' Southern California clients in tailoring customized project tracking/reporting systems that meet each client's specific needs.
